Description

Customization Options:
  • Silhouette: Choose from slim, regular, or relaxed fits; adjustable hood styles (fixed/removable), pocket configurations (zipped chest/hand pockets), and vent designs (arm/back zippers).
  • Fabric & Color: Select waterproof/windproof fabrics (2L/3L Gore-Tex, eVent); 50+ solid hues or custom dyed colors (Pantone-matched available).
  • Logos & Artwork: Embroidered, printed, or heat-transferred logos on chest, sleeve, or back; custom woven/printed labels with brand names, size marks, or care instructions.
  • Trims: Custom zippers (YKK/SBS options, color-matched), Velcro cuffs (adjustable tightness), drawstring hems (with cord locks), and contrast stitching (color-selectable). 

Production Details:
  • Sample lead time: 10 - 15 working days (includes fabric sourcing, cutting, and detail adjustments).
  • MOQ for bulk orders: 100 pieces (mix of sizes/colors allowed if total meets MOQ).
  • Bulk production time: 30 working days post - sample approval (rush orders available with 10% surcharge).

Packaging:

Each jacket in a clear poly bag (with recyclable option); 25 pieces per corrugated carton (5 - layer, moisture - resistant). Carton dimensions: 503545cm, gross weight 20KG; cartons labeled with order number, size, and quantity for easy warehousing.

These materials are sourced from post - consumer plastic bottles and discarded fishing nets, diverting waste from landfills and oceans. Our production facilities also implement energy - saving measures, like LED lighting and energy - efficient machinery, reducing our carbon footprint. Additionally, we ensure that all our chemical processes, including dyeing and waterproof treatments, are eco - friendly, adhering to strict environmental standards.
